Murmuration

We are very excited to announce the upcoming group exhibition ‘Murmuration’ from 11th to 13th of September 2026. Join us for the opening night on Friday 11th from 6pm until 11pm. Expect art from various disciplines, humans, music and a bar. If you don’t know us yet, we are a queer led arts space in Mabgate with DIY vibes, artist studios, events, and more. It’s been over half a year since we opened up our doors to studio holders, and this growing community is getting together for the first time to showcase our work. This is happening during Leeds Open Studios weekend. We are not only turning the event space into a gallery for the very first time -certainly not the last-, but also, the studios of some of the artists that are part of the exhibition will be open to visit during Saturday & Sunday. Opening Night Friday: 6pm until 11pm Saturday & Sunday: 11am to 6pm. Accessibility: The Nests is wheelchair accessible via a ramp, please ring bell to request. Once inside everything is on one level and we have an accessible portaloo. If you need ear plugs or a quiet space please ask a member of staff.
