Conception: Experiment-all Open Mic

Conception is an experiment-all open mic, aiming to promote creative thinking and the furthering of ideas. All forms of performance are encouraged and supported, whether that be static, kinetic, loud or quiet. This is our first event at Hope House! We're hoping to make it more regular so come have a look, and spend some money on the bar. We'll also be shaking the bucket raising some money for MAP charity on the night. Music, Noise, Dance, Theatre, Opera, Object interaction, Stand-up comedy, Power-point presentation, Artwork presentation, Workshops, Community Choir... Anything is welcome, as long as it has a fresh idea! If you've got something you've been pondering that you need to test out, Conception events are a great place to see if things work and to get feedback on your concepts.
