Event by Common
An afternoon of storytelling, writing, poetry and music with Them There Cowboys
Fundraising for community arts project Common
02/08/26 ★ 3-5pm ★ Hollybush Conservation Centre, The Woodland Shelter
Listen to the country stylings of Beau Disco, Six-Finger Slick and Recyclin René Rose. Get inspiration from their sonic improvisations, and do some writing in response to the music if you'd like to, whilst enjoying the surroundings of the lovely woodland shelter.
Common is a project conceived by local artists Rat Prince and Ivy St. Clair to connect communities to urban green space using folklore and modern myth making. All money raised will create paid opportunities for local performance artists traditionally left out of the folk cannon and a new folk ritual for the wider community!
