DESCRIPTION:Come and see our brand new medieval queer musical showing for t
 wo nights only in Leeds! \n\n"Yorkingland" follows the story of the race t
 o secure the crown of Yorkingland following the death of the lesbian queen
 . Her disappointing son\, Prince Daniel\, must find a wife within one week
  or else the throne falls to the evil royal advisor\, Rufus. Watch him nav
 igate rat princesses\, bad dates\, therapy sessions from a wizard\, mummy 
 issues\, evil schemes and (hopefully) finding true love. \n\nDates: 24th /
  26th of September 2026. Doors: 6.30pm. Start Time: 7pm. Venue: The Attic\
 , LS10 1HD. \n\nWe are 'A Very Unserious Theatre Company!' A brand new com
 munity grassroots theatre group based in Leeds. We are an inclusive theatr
 e group for people of all backgrounds who want to give theatre a try witho
 ut having to take it too seriously. This September\, we are putting on a p
 roduction of our show 'Yorkingland'\, adapted and written by our directors
 \, Hannah Davies and Gemma Gates. \n\nOur show dates will be the 24th & 26
 th of September 2026\, and we are proud to be performing at the Attic\, a 
 wonderful new venue in Leeds. All ticket sale surplus will be donated to '
 Meeting Point'\, a local charity in Leeds supporting Refugees and Asylum s
 eekers. \n\nAccessibility: We can provide step-free access into the main v
 enue\, via the cafe. There is an accessible toilet in the adjoining space.
  We can provide a Quiet Space during any of our events and disposable earp
 lugs are available at the bar. If you need to contact us with a venue acce

 ad of the event you are planning to attend. All access enquiries should be
