SUMMARY:Punishment Park presents Big Leg (live) and Marlene Ribeiro (live)
DESCRIPTION:Punishment Park presents: \n\nMarlene Ribeiro (live)\, Big Leg
 (live) + Resident DJ’s \n\nMabgate Bleach\n8pm - 3am\n06/11\n\nSound wil
l be provided through the hand-built Maenad soundsystem. \n\nOur first liv
 e performer\, Marlene Ribeiro of Rocket Recordings\, takes a trip across t
he Calder Valley to join us\, Her solo work is nestled within the ethereal
world of avant-garde dream-pop. Her music is luscious and almost ritualis
tic in its psychedelic appeal\, a tender incitement to immerse ourselves i
n her vivid world. \n\nSecondly\, Big Leg. Musician\, producer\, DJ and oc
casional clown\, joining us from Berlin. Rhys’ musical output is certain
ly eccentric. His solo productions span from scuzzy mutant dubs to junglis
t\, rave-y escapades and all in between.. Expect subdued and sultry sonics
\, blossoming ballads of despair with dubwise and punk-like inclinations.
Watch on as that big leg (and bass guitar) swings.\n\nYou can also expect
to hear the full bag of tricks from resident DJs\, Rosie and Alex.\n\nDeta
