 talgic\, musical vision.\n\nshoplifting. Leeds based duo shoplifting. are 
 an electronic post-punk band exorcising dormant anger at the unconscionabl
 e behaviour of the wealthy and those who sit idly by. The duo share the vo
 cal duties with baritone guitar\, synth and bass accompanying the fast pac
 ed drums as they shift from heavy upbeat punk to low groovy dance beats.\n
 \nEszter Vida is the indie-rock/dream-pop project of the Leeds/Sheffield-b
 ased singer-songwriter. Together with bassist/co-songwriter Lola Wainwrigh
 t\, guitarist Ben Whiteley\, drummer/producer Evan Martin and James Bromle
 y on keys\, they've woven a warm\, dreamy sonic landscape\, cherry-picking
  the yearning and nostalgia of late 80s new wave/early 90s indie-dream pop
  bands like The Cure\, Wolf Alice and The Cranberries with the singer-song
 writer wit and grit of Courtney Barnett\, Snail Mail and Julia Jacklin.\n\
