SUMMARY:Bhob Rainey\, Squat the Band\, Felix Parkin-Christie
DESCRIPTION:Bhob Rainey is one of the most important figures in EAI and 'lo
wercase' music in the 21st Century. With bandmate Greg Kelley he formed th
e band Nmperign. For this event he will play solo sax. Really excited to h
ear it in Patrick Studios! Expect quiet and precise sounds\, the gentler s
ide of free improv. \n\nAlso joining him are Squat the Band\, soon to be e
x-local duo of Josh Hart and Jill McKnight\, I'm sure both of them have ex
hibited in the space at some time but maybe their first time playing a gig
... And Felix Parkin-Christie on percussion duty\, imagining some creative
and perhaps meditative approaches to solo percussion.\n\nDetails and tick
